Dear _____Teacher Assistant's name here___,
Do you remember when you asked to read my paper and take notes on it? I would very much appreciate it if you could return it as soon as possible because it is one I would like to keep. I am alright with you taking notes on it, but I didn't think you would need it for this long. I hope that this does not perceive as rude to you, but if it does be assured I mean no offense.
Sincerely,

First of all it's never rude on our part to ask for something that's ours' to begin with it's rude behavior on the borrowers' part that said Just em her & say I'd appreciate it if you could return my papers & then put a day on it OK
