I want to tell my brother he needs to stop assuming things, and stop jumping into conclusions, and how i can make my own choices.
Should i email him, write him a letter, or forget about it?
Because i've had enough of him!

I think the best and most effective way to show that you're responsible now is to tell him face to face. Tell him you can decide for yourself. I feel if you forget about it and let it pass, it's going to take a long time until it gets resolved. I personally think that since he's the one assuming things and jumping into conclusions, he's the the one looking after (haha)! goodluck

Question is lacking details, but based on the info you've given I'd let it go for now and bring it up privately if he does whatever he's doing, again.

It is always best to work out differences when you are face to face with someone. Tell your brother that it is time to let you make your own decisions, and for him to carry on with his own life.
