Email Efficiency Tips from ReplyTool

Helping you to use Email Faster, with less Stress and Hassle

I’m a Mac User (MacBook Pro, OSX). I’d like to increase my efficiency by having my To Do List and Calendar of Appointments with me whenever I’m out. I’m assuming the program for me is iCal (It came on my MacBook….or is there another you recommend and why?).

Which PDA or PDAs synch the best with Mac such that when I’m at home I can update my To Do list on my MacBook Pro but then synch it to my PDA to have with me out and about OR when out and about add items to the PDA but then synch it to my MacBook when I get home?
Is the best one simply a PDA, or is there one (or more) that is also a Cell Phone too that you recommend? My hesitation w/ the cell phone is that I do not want to pay extra for a multimedia package that browses the Web and emails. The ONLY functionality I will use is text messaging and keeping my To Do List updated.

if the phone and Mac have Bluetooth, they can sync via that. Also, you can transfer your calendar, ToDo List, etc. over to an iPod.
