First of all, if it was really from someone who worked for Marriott, they would not have an email address @live.com.
Second, if you have not applied for a job with them, there's no reason to believe this is anything but a scam.
Third, Marriott would not be sending random emails.
Please, just delete any email that arrives that is not from someone you know. There are many scams out there and, while you may not see how they would get anything from you in the beginning, they will find a way in the end.

That e-mail is guaranteed NOT from anyone who actually works at Mariott.
Don't EVER send a picture of your passport (or your driver's license, or your social security card, or your bank account information) to any random person who e-mails you from a free Web-based email address. Especially don't send any of that stuff in response to an e-mail that's full of grammatical errors and sounds like it's been badly translated from some other language.
If you want to work for Marriott, go in to one of their hotels and ask for an application, or go to their ACTUAL Web site and click on "careers" to apply.

Contact Marriot itself. Why in the earth would marriot manager send email from a live.com email?
It's one of the scam. Once he got your password he'll ask money for this and that and you'll never get the job.
Now, call marriot, call police!!!!

They call this a 419 scam. This is an email sent to thousands and thousands of people trying to find someone who will willingly give up their personal information and maybe money in the hopes of finding a good job. In essense this person prays of people. They tried to pray on you. You can just ignore it, or if you have a little free time you can get some revenge.
Go to http://www.419baiter.com/scambaiting_resources.html There are many funny stories about people leading these criminals on for months. Look in to it, it's fun, and it's a little bit of payback to those people who scam honest people.
