Quick service, polite, accurate, helpful, making sure the customer gets the best they can. Professionalism goes a long way, flexibility, good problem solving skills, be proactive, interpersonal skills, listening skills
Just the basics, look them up and expand on them.
That should give you a start of some to pick from, kinda just pulled them from the top of my head. Once you get a list going and you brain working more should flow.
