i qulified my 1st interview and now hav my second interview in an international call center ,,, if anyone can give me good tips abt being a good tele sales reprisentitive

Learn to make good use of the spell check option. As you are typing here in yahoo answers it is just above the text box and to the right. In most other programs it will be found under the tools menu or on the tool editing tool bar. In call centers you will probably need to note computer files and this may require abbreviations. They usually take the form of consonants and no vowels, but not always. tres = tried residential phone. lop = spoke with lady on the phone. hu = hung up. tres, lop hu = I called the home phone and the lady hung up on me.
