That's bizarre because (no offense Yahoo) sometimes I'll see a message that I've gotten 5 new emails from my Yahoo! account and I'll check it and only 2 will be in there. I wonder if they somehow got lost in space or what!? I rely on my Hotmail account the most. I ALWAYS get every single email. Ralph, I wish I knew what to say….it's very strange. You should go to Yahoo! Help and tell them about it.

A male customer asked me what is a good customer service tip? I work at a high end restaurant and when you are asked a question like that you know it will be 15 percent. But, he was a real pain who returned 2 courses because he is the guy that hates everything…from onions to olive oil….I told him it is customary to tip 20 percent in a restaurant like this considering I had 2 of his courses remade to his specs.

What is a good tip now days? 10 percent 20 percent?

You did good. 15% is normal, but because of the extra work and aggravation he caused, 20% was not out of line.

I wrote an ebook and I am finishing up the website and the autoresponder. I am now looking to find out how to automatically send my ebook to my customers right after they buy it. Sending it through an email follow up would be good or also if they had the opportunity to download it right after they purchased it would be good too. I would appreciate any help I could get on the subject.

For my ebook, I use a service called clickbank. It's free to sign up for an account, but it does cost $50 to get your first book listed. Whenever someone pays for your ebook, you can direct them to a "thankyou page" where they download the book right after they pay. As far as I can tell, clickbank is pretty much the industry standard for ebook selling. Chek them out: http://www.clickbank.com

They also make it easy to set up an affiliate program, where you can pay people a commission to sell your book. It's great because they keep track of everyhing.

I wouldn't recommend sending the ebook to customers via email. Too many of them will mis-type their address. If they get charged and don't get the book, then they'll be angry.

Good luck with your book.
